They are on the cutting edge of technology, industry standards and best management practices. A full scope, seamless,end-to-end parking solution, combining parkers, hardware, management software and cloud services in one. The Sales Manager reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for the entire process of establishing and implementing the sales strategy for the branches in Europe.

• Successful previous experience as a Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Education in the field of business administration or related fields
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Good negotiation skills
• Knowledge of international fiscal and legal aspects in commercial contracts
• Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales
• Target driven individual
• Ability to work in a team and drive and coordinate team actions
• Fluent in English language both verbally and in writing, other language is an advantage


• Managing the sales force and all sales activities within the company
• Motivating and leading the sales force to achieve sales targets
• Develops the sales force and network
• Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories
• Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully develop and manage the sales organization
• Ensuring all administration for sales is completed effectively
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Setting sales targets and activity key performance indicators
• Reporting on progress towards sales KPI’s
• Visiting customers and potential customers alongside sales executives and distributors
• Cold calling customers and selling services and products
• Liaising with other departments within the company
• Chasing leads and following up on opportunities to generate sales
• Arranging to attend industry conferences and events
• Networking with companies in the industry
