Our client is a multinational pharmaceutical company, leader in infusion therapy and clinical nutrition in Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific counting among the leading suppliers in the U.S. market, with business focused on the treating and care of critically and chronically ill patients in and outside hospital. The company is currently looking for an established and successful individual for the role of a Medical Sales Representative, based in Sofia.

Изисквания

• University degree
• Proven experience in sales in the pharmaceutical/hospital market (at least 2 years)
• Expertise in tenders and work with distributors
• Good English language knowledge /B1, B2/
• Computer literacy
• Clear driving license category B
• Ability to self organize him/herself based on sales budget and targets
• Excellent negotiation, communication and organizational skills
• Self-confident, result oriented and charismatic personality
• Willingness to undergo profound ongoing trainings
• Willingness to work in international environment
• Team player

Отговорности

• Responsible for the sales and distribution activities in Sofia region
• Build effective business relationships with customers (hospitals, pharmacies)
• Promote company products, prepare local promotional events
• Keep close contact with distributors and develop new business partners within the region
• Pro-actively drive the development of the dealer/distributor network and maintain the established business relationships
• Negotiate terms, costs and conditions with the partners
• Coordinate participation on hospital tenders
• Provide analysis of the competition and market trends on regional level, propose areas for development
• Prepare detailed monthly report and follow up of the sales in the region
• Participate in business planning in close collaboration with rest of the team
• Responsible for the overall management of the territory of the region
• Report to National Sales Manager
• Comply with company regulations and strategy
• Obtain and maintain high level of product knowledge
